This 16th Century farmhouse is ideally situated on the outskirts of Patterdale, within minutes of the Coast to Coast route.

There is a Post-Office and shop in Patterdale, with an information centre in the main car park.

There is a family room with one double and one single bed, which can also be used as a twin room, and two double rooms, one twin and one single room. The bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Packed lunches are made on request and there are pubs and cafes in Patterdale that sell good food all day.

Bed and breakfast costs £19 for a double room, per person per night and £22 for a single room, per person per night.

Dogs are welcome.
